  • Dr. Ali Rabahi

    General Dentist

    Dr. Rabahi grew up in the Annapolis Valley, NS. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Acadia University with a major in Biology , minor in Chemistry and pursued his Doctorat in Dentistry from Dalhousie University. Parkland Dental has been home to Dr. Rabahi since his graduation in 2006. When Dr. Rabahi is not at the office, he is a doting dad to his two boys, Enzo and Milo and devoted husband to his wife, Jennifer. Ali, as we know him outside the office, is an avid golfer and can be found swinging his clubs any chance he gets. He enjoys reading up on the newest and latest technology. Although Dr. Rabahi has many loyal patients, he is always accepting new patients in the clinic. He speaks English and Arabic fluently and understand French thanks to his wife and kids.

  • Dr. David Quigley

    General Dentist

    Hailing from Amherst, David Quigley studied at Dalhousie University, receiving his DDS in 1992. He resides in the Clayton Park area where he has been practising dentistry for over 20 years.

    He has remained active with Dalhousie, where he taught as a clinical instructor for many years, receiving the inaugural Part Time Clinical Instructor of the Year Award, and he is currently involved in the mentorship program and the Dalhousie Dental Emergency Clinic, which provides emergency after-hours dental care.

    Dr. Quigley has a special interest in sedation and sleep dentistry (trained at The Toronto Implant Institute), and has received advanced training in: implantology (Toronto Implant Institute, The Misch Institute, University Detroit Mercy, Nova Southeastern University, the Perio Institute, and the Zimmer Institute), restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, CAD/CAM (University of Michigan School of Dentistry) and surgery. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the Halifax Implant Study Club, and he is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

    David lives in Clayton Park with his wife and has two university-aged sons.

  • Dr. Darly McNeilly

    General Dentist

    Originally from Ontario, Daryl McNeilly moved to Halifax to pursue his BSc. at Dalhousie University, where he graduated with Honours in 2013. Spurred-on by research conducted during his undergraduate degree, Dr. McNeilly initiated a thesis project and obtained his Master’s in Biology from Dalhousie University in 2016. After a period of working as a researcher, Daryl moved to Chicago where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in 2022.

    While at school, Dr. McNeilly became heavily involved in student organizations and won a national award from the American Student Dental Association for his initiatives to improve student wellness. He was also selected by faculty to receive advanced education in digital dentistry systems such as CERAC and E4D.

    Outside of the office, Daryl enjoys time in the kitchen, getting out on the trails when the weather permits, spending time with family and friends, and to try new things
